Welcome to your Executive Function Self-Audit

This quiz is based on validated assessments used in clinical and academic settings to explore executive function. It’s been adapted for clarity and everyday relevance — no jargon, no fluff.

It’s not a diagnostic tool. Only trained professionals can diagnose executive function disorder (EFD), ADHD, or related conditions using standardized methods. That said, this quiz can offer a meaningful snapshot of how your brain handles focus, planning, time, and follow-through.

Executive function struggles often show up as procrastination, mental fog, task avoidance, emotional swings, or chronic overwhelm. Sound familiar?

Executive dysfunction and ADHD share a lot of overlapping traits — but they’re not the same thing. You can have one without the other, or both. If your results raise questions for you, consider sharing them with a neuropsychologist or licensed provider who can dig deeper.

This is a tool for awareness. A starting point. A way to connect dots that may have been messing with you for a while.
