The Supported Shift
I work with people and teams in major transitions through Health & Transition Coaching. This means:
- Understanding what’s actually blocking you (fear, uncertainty, scattered systems, biology, or complexity)
- Building the capacity to move forward (nervous system, energy, clarity, structure)
- Creating systems that stick (without needing to become a different person)
I support people navigating career changes, health shifts, life pivots, identity questions, organizational transformations, and the complex mix that doesn’t fit neatly into one category.
What to expect
Every transition is different. But they usually follow a pattern. You’re stuck in something that doesn’t fit anymore. You’re not sure what’s true. You’re not sure how to move.
We start with clarity. What’s actually the problem? What’s changed? What needs to happen?
Then we rebuild capacity. Your nervous system, your energy, your structure. Whatever’s been knocked offline during the shift.
Finally, we embed what works. New routines, new systems, new decisions that stick without requiring you to become a different person
