What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process that helps you gain clarity, build healthy habits, and take action. It’s not therapy, consulting, or advice-giving—it’s about guiding you to uncover solutions and create meaningful change in your life.
Do I have to order a program or can I book ad-hoc 1:1 coaching?
You don’t have to book a program. I offer individual sessions—book as few or as many as you like. Programs include helpful extras and a curated roadmap to support your progress.
Where will coaching take place?
Coaching will take place online at this time, through a secure video platform.
Who do you work with?
I work with people navigating ADHD, burnout, autoimmune conditions, or anyone seeking a more balanced, intuitive, and healthy life. My clients come from all walks of life.
What languages do you coach in?
I coach in English and German.
Are sessions private and confidential?
Yes. All sessions are private and confidential, and I use platforms that follow GDPR and HIPAA standards. I may ask if sessions can be recorded for educational purposes, but will always inform you when that is the case.
Do you guarantee success?
I can't make you do the work or guarantee success. I can show up, support you, and share with you what I know. I can cheer you on, empower you and brainstorm with you. I can teach strategies, show you how to get clear. I can share what has worked for others and myself.
Do you offer sliding scale pricing or payment plans?
I want coaching to be accessible and can accept a limited amount of clients at a lower rate. If cost is a concern, reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
